I offer private sessions on Zoom to help you pause, reflect, unpack your ideas, and organize them—so that you can see plainly what you already know to be true.

A coaching series includes six 50-minute sessions, which you can schedule over two or three months. This is ideal for clients who are considering a job transition, beginning a new role, or navigating obstacles in the workplace. In addition to engaging in productive conversation, I can be as hands-on as you like, working with you in real time to polish up your resume, wordsmith a cover letter, draft a sensitive email, or develop a communication plan. I also offer add-on custom writing and design services for materials that require more time and attention offline. 

A design jam includes one 50-minute sessions, which you can schedule within 10 business days. This is best for a deep-dive into a specific project or to tackle a discrete and concrete goal. Past examples include workshopping the title and format of a museum exhibition, creating a slide deck for a job interview, and structuring the strategic plan for a new education program. Design jams are stand-alone experiences and do not require participation in a coaching series.
